Payment:

1. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
2. The remaining balance must be paid on-site before the activity begins.
3. Your booking will be confirmed once Bali Watersport Booking (BWB) receives the 10% deposit.
4. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer as soon as possible.
5. All payments, including deposits and full payments, are non-refundable.
6. Failure to attend on the scheduled booking date (no-show) will result in full payment forfeiture.
7. Booking dates cannot be changed in the event of a no-show.
8. No refund will be issued if the guest cancels or does not participate in the activity.

Booking & Cancellation:

1. Bali Watersport Booking (BWB) accepts bookings via verbal agreement, website, email, or written request.
2. The final number of participants must be confirmed at least 1 day before the activity date.
3. Failure to confirm the final number of participants may result in full charges based on the original booking.
4. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the original person who made the booking.
5. A cancellation will only be considered valid once Bali Watersport Booking (BWB) receives the written confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the activity date: the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Cancellations made within 2 weeks before the activity date: full payment will be charged.

Equipment:

1. All necessary safety equipment is included in the activity.
2. All activities are supervised by qualified and professional instructors.
3. Guests are recommended to bring:
   – Comfortable footwear (e.g. sandals or water-friendly shoes)
   – Swimwear or suitable clothing for water activities
   – Towel
   – A change of dry clothes
